Simark has provided consultancy services, negotiated land leases and raised $700,000 of seed capital for a 50,000 acre wind farm in Washington State. This wind farm is capable of developing over 500 megawatts (mw) of power to the United States grid and it is also the goal of Simark to use this large land mass to help create one of the world's first "incubator parks" for proving new technologies in the wind, solar and hydrogen generation field.

Utilizing this expertise, Simark has been able to procure a variety of alternative energy technologies that are licensed exclusively to the company and are actively looking for distribution channels throughout the world.

Simark is also working with a "cool plasma technology" company that has patented and developed a series of products to turn municipal solid waste, hazardous materials, petroleum waste products and medical wastes into clean bio fuels and syn gasses. This technologies is exclusive to Simark and available for licensing throughout the Gulf region.
