H. Eric Seachris
has over 26 years of international business development experience. Mr. Seachris has spent 18 years setting up strategic alliances in the Middle East and has been responsible for establishing numerous joint ventures and exclusive distribution agreements in the region for a variety of UK and US based companies to include several Fortune 500 companies.
To compliment his international business endeavors, Mr. Seachris also has extensive experience in the Government sector. He was the Executive Director of the International Trade Alliance based in Spokane, Washington U.S.A. and was responsible for fostering and developing trade with companies throughout Washington, Montana, Oregon and Idaho state. Extensive trade relationships and joint ventures were developed between US companies and companies located in China, Taiwan, Korea, the UK, and other countries through the European continent. Mr. Seachris also established a monthly seminar series and was responsible for leading a trade delegation to England, Scotland and Ireland.
Mr. Seachris graduated from Washington State University with a degree in Business Administration and recently completed his Masters in Business Administration with a Straight A average. He is also a member of the Republican Senatorial Inner Circle.
From 1997 to 2000 Mr. Seachris co-founded a telecommunications company which grew to be the largest fixed wireless telecommunications company in the United States. Innovators and developers of such technology as voice over the internet (voip.) This company was recognized as an industry leader and years ahead of its time.
John J. May
Mr May is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He is Chairman of the Small Business Bureau Limited and Policy Director of The Genesis Initiative Limited, lobbying groups for small business to the UK Parliament. Mr May is the principal of his own London-based chartered accountancy practice since 1994.. From 1977 to 1994 Mr May was a senior partner with Horwath Clark Whitehill, where he served for eight years on the managing board and for nine years as chairman of its Thames Valley offices. In his capacity as UK national marketing partner and head of its property consultancy division, he was a director of its UK and international associations. Mr May was finance director of AIM listed PSG Solutions PLC (formerly London & Boston Investments Plc), until December 2005. In 2007 Mr. May sat on the board of directors and was instrumental in raise approximately 75 million dollars for a Special Purpose Acquisition Vehicle (SPAC) in London through the AIM market. The proceeds from this fund raising were used to acquire a large copper mine in Chile.
Mr May is currently a non- executive director of AIM listed Petrolatina Energy Plc, non-executive chairman of Specialist Energy Group Plc and chairman of Red Leopard Holdings Plc, also both on AIM. He is a non-executive director of London Pacific Partners Inc, and White Mountain Titanium Corp, both reporting Pink Sheets companies, and of The China Pub Company Plc, recently delisted on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange pending migration to another exchange.
John is also the Director and Policy Director of the Small Business Bureau Limited, a lobbying group to Government on small and medium sized business matters. John was previously a Director of an environmental recycling plant in Scotland and Director and Chief Financial Officer of
an international telecommunications company.
John received his BA from the University of London 1969 and DIA University of Bath 1970. He was a Fellow of the Institute for Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
